The Chairman of the Council of Ministers, the Minister for reforms and innovations in public administration.
- To know - given that:

La Repubblica, 3 November 2007, reported about an alleged case of interruption of public service in Rome, the district registry office II Square in Greece, the

Nov. 2, the above-mentioned office, albeit in a working day, was closed due to the absence of all staff, office staff

consists of five employees and one was on vacation that day and the other four were absent for health reasons;

the directive of the President of the Council of Ministers of 27 January 2004 on "Principles on the provision of public services," he identified some basic principles on the provision of public services: equality, impartiality, continuity, right of choice, participation, efficiency and effectiveness;

the unusual closure of that office on a working day, which was not reported by any public notice, has created a grave disservice to the public, has contributed to further damage the image of public service and has upheld the principles that should guide public administration in delivering services;

in the field, which deals with this office, municipalities exercise the powers of state jurisdiction under Article 54 of Tuel (Legislative Decree No. 267 of 2000);

addition, in the case of legality (ex plurimis, Section VI, 3 May 1999, Ferrara) "is sufficient for the purposes of the crime, the magnitude of the disturbance of the regularity of the office or the interruption of that, though without specifically caused the effect of a cessation of activity or a real lasting disruption of the operation, were likely to affect the timely, orderly and efficient development of the service, also in terms of limited duration and involvement of a single sector;

the daily news frequently reported cases of interruption of public service in many areas of public administration, with severe damage to the interests of citizens and businesses -:

if not consider it necessary to take urgent measures, beyond the possible criminal implications of the case, to ensure continuity and regularity of the functioning of public services, such as monitoring, through the establishment of a database outage public service to discover the most common causes leading to such poor service and act accordingly to prevent a recurrence of the problem;

if appropriate, to ensure effective implementation of the principles of the directive of the previous government on the provision of public services, accelerate the computerization of public administration, already undertaken by the previous government in the last parliament.
