February 25 - Changing the rules for access to Central minicar. Even the mini-vehicles will have to pay to enter the restricted traffic zone. E 'arrival in a resolution - the approval is scheduled for tonight at the last meeting of the Executive Capitoline - amending the criteria for access, as explained in the evening at the Capital Mobility Councillor Calamante.
